Dave’s entire career has been in communications, and he is recognized for major contributions on every project he has undertaken. He is result driven with every project the company works on, and is personally involved at all levels. Dave works together with project teams to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes. Dave is always available to attend all meetings, including state and local government and public meetings, as well as provide his strategic and tactical input throughout each project.
Dave has more than 30 years of PI experience on more than 60 UDOT projects. He has developed complex PI approaches that are now used routinely by departments of transportation and design, engineering companies, and construction firms. These include Community Coordination Teams (CCTs), interactive project diagrams, and large-scale graphics to increase project buy-in from the public. Dave employs one-on-one involvement with key stakeholders to find satisfying issue resolutions between owners and stakeholders, and to build public trust.
Marty has earned a reputation for managing first-class public involvement and public engagement programs. Marty understands the technical demands of transit and infrastructure projects, as well as the need to share information with stakeholders. He tailors clients’ public involvement programs to fit the specific needs of each project, large or small. More than just another project component, public involvement is something Marty regards as necessary for engaging the citizens of communities that are affected by changes in their environment. By utilizing proactive strategies and the effective use of communication materials, Marty helps cultivate partnerships with partner agencies, businesses, community advisory councils and other stakeholders to advance each project through development, design and construction processes.

Rylie strongly believes in the value of community and stakeholder input within the project-planning process, understanding that inclusive perspectives lead to better project outcomes. She utilizes a range of channels to gather meaningful feedback, ensuring community priorities are both identified and addressed. In addition to her engagement skills, Rylie excels at problem-solving and delivering clear messaging, which enables her to bridge the communication gap between technical experts and non-specialized audiences.
